"Swanmore Middle School has made considerable strides forward in recent years and is now a good school. The headteacher is providing very clear ambition, drive and direction for the school. Staff appreciate this and their morale is good. This is particularly impressive given the fact that the school is facing reorganisation. Despite this, Swanmore is a school with a clear drive and a strong capacity for further improvement; this is not a school that is 'winding down'."
